Coaching with me:

Our body is central to everything you do, though most of the time we’re living on autopilot affected by our environment, energy and emotion.

Through body-oriented coaching processes we’ll integrate the body’s innate intelligence, to deeply tune in, understand and develop tools to empower your personal and professional potential.

Sessions together use a range of methodologies – cognitive (head), somatic (heart) & embodiment (body) – to look at BHR (behaviour, habits routines), the mindbody connection, and neurobiology. From your new place of calm center, you will communicate and take action with greater confidence and clarity; instead of overwhelm and stress.

Coaching is experimental, creative and explores emergent new insights and perspectives that align with a deeper sense of ‘What is right for you’!

Public speaking: sessions can also include preparation of investor pitching and/or interview presenting.

Passionate about people.
ICF trained in Cognitive, Somatic and Embodiment practices + Embodied leadership, UZAZU embodied intelligence, EYP (Embodied Yoga poses), positive psychology and mindfulness.
Lived in 6 countries, 4 continents, worked in different size organisations from start-up to corporate and founded own company.
Current President of First Berlin ToastMaster, Berlin’s oldest public speaking community and will present TEDx on bodily posture, alignment and movement – Oct 2023.
Youngest son, owner of 2 cats. Art, creativity, cooking, camping, dancing to old soul music and asking ‘What if…’
