I work according to the philosophy of development coaching: here the focus is on the person and not on the supposed problem.

With this method, I activate a holistic development process together with my clients in three steps:

We analyze the cause(s) instead of “only” fighting the symptoms.
We question individual reactions, perspectives and thinking.
We define tools that support individual growth and the necessary learning process.

Background:

I founded my first startup in 2009 and was one of the finalists of the Financial Times start-up competition “enable2start” in 2011
After the sale to mymuesli GmbH, I founded another e-commerce startup together with mymuesli
In 2017, I completed my training as a systemic business coach, followed by further training in the field of competence diagnostics and – development as well as training as a People & Culture Manager
In 2023, together with a friend, I founded “The Good Girls – Consultants for Conscious Change and Inspirational Leadership”
In addition to my work as a coach, I have been working as a project manager and strategic marketing consultant for companies such as Lufthansa, Telekom, Bosch and Volvo for over 15 years
