My name is Giuseppe. I am based in Berlin and have spent over 10 years building strong teams and communities within many international companies, startups, NGOs and grassroots organizations. I have been lucky enough to partner and learn from many inspiring leaders gaining invaluable insights on how to scale ideas and doing meaningful work that creates a difference.
I am now an ICF-certified coach (PCC) with more than 500 hours of coaching hours supporting new leaders, activists, entrepreneurs, and founders in becoming more impactful and doing meaningful work that creates a difference. I work in English, Spanish, Italian and German.

What else? Well, beyond my work, I volunteer as a Community Manager with Climate Justice developing events and initiatives relevant to my region to contribute to environmental sustainability and community empowerment.

Last but not least, when I am not working I love spending time in the hamlet near Rome, where I grew up and still have my family house.
