My coaching approach is rooted in compassion and encouragement, and I bring the perspective as a multi-passionate ADHD person who understands the drive to explore multiple interests and new opportunities. I support clients in embracing all parts of themselves, without feeling pressured to settle on just one path.

My coaching space is a judgment-free zone, where being authentically yourself is not only welcomed but celebrated. Here, growth is grounded in honesty, joy, and a bit of humour — because progress doesn’t have to be all serious to be impactful.
