I am a coach, creative director, speaker, and mother. I’ve spent my career building, developing, and coaching large teams in complex corporate environments. Through this work I’ve learned the deep importance of building trust, communicating effectively, investing in others, and advocating for yourself. I have the same passion and expertise for brief writing that I have for boundary setting and I’m thrilled to blend it all to support expats.

I’m a Creative Director with 15 years of experience leading teams in complex corporate environments and building global brands such as Wayfair and New Balance.
My coaching certification is from the Designing Your Life Institute, which applies design thinking principles to the very exciting work of life design.
Becoming a parent was the catalyst to completely realign with who I am and why I’m here. My top values are Connection, Curiosity, and Health.
