Hi, I am Larisa.

I work with people who are seeking a professional path that aligns with their values. I also support leaders who wish to expand their influence by leading from a place of deeper alignment—with themselves and those around them.

In my career in Software Engineering and Engineering Leadership, I experienced the excitement of getting things done—navigating complexity, tight deadlines, and the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the tech world.

Driven by curiosity about the human experience, I began exploring meditation, yoga, and embodiment practices. These have shown me how, when we’re in touch with presence and aware of our bodily and mental states, life tends to make more sense.

My intention is to support others in experiencing this for themselves.

In our sessions, I integrate my lived experience in engineering leadership with my passion for mindfulness and somatic methodologies. By exploring your situations through the realms of being, feeling, and sensing, you can connect with a deeper, embodied understanding of your opportunities.

Currently completing a 2 years Mindfulness Meditation Teacher certification program (MMTCP)
Grew up in Romania, lived in Italy for 6 years, in Berlin since 2016
