Hello, I’m Max.

Too often, we’re not taught how to unlock our true potential. Instead, we’re conditioned to meet external expectations, which can leave us feeling stuck, unsure, or disconnected from what we truly want. Whether it’s a job change, redefining your career, or rediscovering who you are, I understand how challenging this process can be.

I’ve been there myself. I left home at 10 and learned to navigate life without the safety of family support. Later, I experienced a major financial loss and I needed to start from scratch. I then poured myself into building my own climate-tech company, only to burn out in the process. But with help, I overcame all those challenges and are happy to have found my own idea of life, participated in building several companies and made good and close friends.

With my background in psychology, coaching, and mediation, my focus is on unlocking your unique potential. This journey is all about you — your identity, your aspirations, and the steps needed to make them a reality. I’ll bring my personal experience, psychological expertise, entrepreneurial know-how, and conflict resolution skills (both internal and external) to guide and support you.
