Background:

I have been a film director in the international advertising film industry for 30 years – and was the first woman in Germany at the time. I know what it means to assert yourself in a male-dominated field. With my many years of experience as a female manager, my greatest concern is to pass on this knowledge. In my work as a trainer and coach, I combine my insights as a director with inspiring methods for personal development.
