Coaching with me:

My professional journey has taken me through a diverse range of industries—from retail and banking to startups and creative agencies. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a desire to try and experience different environments.
Through my early jobs in consulting and strategic marketing, I discovered a passion for helping companies and individuals uncover their identity and bring it to life. This led me to pursue training in systemic coaching and team development and start working focused on career coaching.
Today, I support leadership seminars, facilitate team development workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to individuals seeking to discover their strengths and full potential. My approach is both supportive and challenging, encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone and embrace new possibilities.

• I already went through founding my own business three times – also from unemployment once.
• I’ve conducted research at the University of St. Gallen on peer coaching among executives.
• I’ve worked in Project Management in small Start-Ups up to large cooperations like BMW.
• I’m proud to hold a IOBC/DBVC-certified advanced training in systemic coaching and team development from ISB Wiesloch.
• I’m passionate about sports and love traveling with my acrobatics community.
