Hi, I’m Selena. I work with purpose-driven professionals, self-starters, expats, and parents navigating major life changes, I call these the six Rs, of which I have lived experience of:

Reclaiming – a deep desire for greater balance and fulfillment in life and work

With 20+ years of international corporate leadership and strategy experience across multiple industries both client and agency side, I understand the complexities of demanding environments.

As a Leadership, Career and Transformation Coach, I create a trusted and goal orientated space to share your biggest aspirations, ideas and challenges. In a thought-provoking partnership, we’ll chart a plan that unlocks possibilities, new perspectives, balance, fulfillment, and growth.

I’m a NZ expat living in Germany and a proud parent of a neurodivergent and spicy family. Passionate about DEI and neurodiversity, I also volunteer coach an ADHD support group for parents.
