As a systemic and integrative coach with a human-centred and resource-enforcing approach I create a safe space where I can support you to make (inner) conflicts visible, help you understand them and give you new choices – may it be as a founder, creative, innovator, leader and everyone in between.

Background:

I’m Berlin born & raised but secretly in love with Melbourne and of course my first concert ever was David Hasselhoff in 1994
I worked in the creative industry and (social) start-up world for over 15 years in various management roles, since 2021 as a freelancer
Experienced 2 burnouts in my late 20s and early 30s, resulting in regular panic attacks which stopped since I started my own intensive inner work journey
I’m passionate about mental health, safe spaces, communications and penguins
My vision with coaching is to support individuals as well as organisations to gain resilience, ultimately connecting with themselves and others for the well being of all
