Coaching with me:

Some careers are built from purpose. Others from pressure. Most people notice the difference only when their achievements start feeling empty.

My background spans law, tech, consulting at McKinsey, start-up advisory work, and breath science. I speak the language of business and high performance, but I’m equally (or more) interested in what makes this performance meaningful and sustainable.

In my coaching, I combine scientific insight with reflection and integration of somatic tools like the breath: to help you recalibrate your work from the inside out. I believe that any job change or new venture carries the potential for reinvention — not (necessarily) the loud “stop everything and move to Bali” version, but the grounded kind where you examine your values, purpose, and real strengths, and let strategy grow from that foundation instead of from stress patterns, habit, or conditioning. On this basis, next steps and strategy become logical consequences rather than reactions to pressure or uncertainty.
