10+ years of experience in HR, primarily in the tech and software industry
Leadership experience as a People Lead in fast-paced environments
B.A. in Human Resources and Organization
Certified Coach, Coaching Akademie Berlin (2025)
Experience in coaching individuals through career transitions and reorientation
Background in job application training and interview preparation
Structured, empathetic, and practical coaching style
Passionate about yoga, nutrition, and the outdoors
