12+ years in HR, scaling teams in tech startups (AI, AdTech, InsurTech) with earlier experience in manufacturing and retail
Supported both establishing early-stage ventures and post-merger integration in more structured environments
Certified in transformative coaching through an ICF-accredited program
Started my own practice in 2020
Run workshops and keynotes on hiring, scaling, leadership, and shaping healthy team cultures
