I am Yaniv, a tech leader turned coach with 25 years of experience across IC and senior management roles, and a clear mission: make management effective.

I work with senior startup and scale-up leaders who are under constant pressure – multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and the quiet feeling that they’re always reacting instead of truly leading. On the outside they’re performing; on the inside, they’re stretched.
