What to expect
Each day combines live sessions, peer exchange, and self-paced work, giving you space to learn, reflect, and apply. You’ll dive into real-life case studies, solve challenges in groups, and sharpen your communication and decision-making skills. You’ll be guided by experienced facilitators – HR professionals who’ve built People functions in high-growth environments and understand the realities of the job.
Throughout the course, you’ll build foundational tools and processes across the entire employee lifecycle from designing structured onboarding plans and interview scorecards to preparing performance conversations, engagement surveys, and L&D outlines.
We won’t just teach you frameworks – we’ll show you how to use them, adapt them to your context, and present them confidently to stakeholders.
You’ll explore different ways to design and implement People practices – and learn how to communicate your ideas clearly and effectively. And you’ll be supported every step of the way by your facilitators, your peers, and structured job search guidance.
