In coaching I work with psychologically profound and practice-relevant methods and conversation techniques that help to sort thoughts, make unconscious beliefs visible and work out goals in a results-oriented manner. These include, among others positive psychology and storytelling, mindful handling of emotions, Neuro Linguistic Programming and visualizations. I see myself neither as your expert nor as a consultant. Your higher self is your best coach.

My passion for electronic music has brought me to Berlin in 2010. Still passionate about music, art and psychology
I have broad range of experience within the fields of public relations, management of artists, agencies and institutions of electronic music in Berlin
Ten years experience of freelance work and building a fulfilling solo-business. The latter has transformed me.
I did a one year training in systemic coaching and creative process which was one of the best decisions in my life.
Originally I have studied Sociology and Psychology
