As a transformational coach I help you to navigate change in your career and redefine your professional identity. Change is always the biggest opportunity for growth. I believe that the only way of finding a career path that is fulfilling and sustainable is by getting a deep understanding of who you truly are and what you need in order to be the best version of yourself. I will support you to create your vision and set goals that are aligned with the things that matter most to you in life. Based on that we will create a strategy to help you achieve those goals, step by step. In our coaching process we will make your strengths and potential visible, so you can walk your path with more confidence and courage. Together, we will work on your unique positioning – the essence of you, that makes you stand out of the crowd. Whether you want to become an entrepreneur or are seeking your next dream-job, being clear about the topics and skills you show up with is crucial for being perceived as the unique person you are. If you want to build your own business you can benefit from my many years of experience in brand building, (online) marketing, business consulting and project management.

Becoming a mother was a turning point in my life, where for the first time I deeply understood the unequal career-opportunities women* and especially mothers have. I believe that our economy and this world would be a much better place if more women* and mothers could bring their ideas and skills out into the world. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to empower them to be bold and self-determined and go after their dreams.
