My curiosity about life itself has kept me going forward, regardless of how dark it can sometimes be. I asked myself: How much life do we live?

Becoming an actress allowed me to work with many different emotions, to show and embrace them as a part of life as a physical being. Acting requires a deep investigation into human nature: What drives us? What brings us joy? What do we fear? What do we love? What makes us laugh? What are we longing for? What is important to us? What can hurt us? What can heal us?

As a Pantarei Approach practitioner, I offer somatic sessions to help you feel yourself and clear stuck emotions — “Emotional Detox.” The somatic approach combined with creative methods makes space for discoveries about your true nature, needs, and wishes. Only when your soul can breathe again is there room for new professional perspectives.
