What to expect

Our training program is led by industry experts with extensive practical experience, eager to share their concrete skillset to help you excel in your field. From AI to inner work, from equity to regenerative business models, we cover topics alongside foundational systemic organizational development, leadership, and facilitation.

The program is designed equip you with hands-on learning opportunities, including pitch training to empower you to confidently present your own change projects. Upon completion, you will become a member of our Good Change network of facilitators and gain valuable connections with like-minded professionals.

With a blend of face-to-face and self-paced learning, and small cohorts of no more than 20 people, our program offers a balanced and personalized approach. Join our movement and contribute to building a happier, healthier, and more regenerative work world.

Duration: 3 Months Full-time

Scope: comprises approximately 400 hours, including 67 training days, 6 hours a day

Certification: You will receive a certificate upon completion

Tuition: Free, with Bildungsgutschein

Format: Hybrid, 50 % Online: Face-to-Face, 50% Self-Paced

Language: English and German – choose based on your preference

What will you learn: our modules

Module 1: Introduction to New Work - Changing the work world

After the first module, you will understand the idea of New Work and its transformative effect on workplaces.

Module 2: New Work as an Approach to Organizational Development

After the second module, you will hold the ability to implement New Work principles within the framework of organizational development and change.

Module 3: New Leadership Principles and Practice

After the third module, you will gain the understanding to grasp modern leadership principles and put them into practice in real-world situations.

Module 4: New Work Competences and Inner Work

After the fourth module, you will have the skill to pinpoint key competencies for New Work and realise the significance of inner work for personal and professional growth.

Module 5: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

After the fifth module, you will acquire the knowledge to comprehend and advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in a work environment.

Module 6: Mindfulness, Resilience, and Healthy Working

After the sixth module, you will have the capacity to employ mindfulness and resilience strategies, fostering a more healthy work setting.

Module 7: Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence

After the seventh module, you will grasp the influence of digitalization and AI on workspaces and be able to use these technologies efficiently.

Module 8: Practice Transfer and Final Presentation

After the final module, you will have the proficiency to integrate and put into action the knowledge and skills learned during the training, showcasing your comprehension and abilities in a concluding presentation.

Meet your trainers

Dr. Anja Adler

Anja, with over a decade of freelance experience as a process facilitator, focuses on sustainable living and working alternatives. She co-founded Open State for transformation design and researched digital democracy for her doctoral thesis. Anja led programs like betterplace co:lab and betterplace well:being, enhancing collaboration and self-care in civil society. She also contributed to setting up the Federal Ministry of Justice’s Innovation Hub as a Work4Germany fellow. 

Lisa Jikeli

Lisa, a certified change manager and systemic coach, founded THE GOOD CHANGE to promote a more equal, joyful, and responsible work world. With a background in business and marketing, including an MA from EAE Business School, and over 8 years in project management and consulting, she shifted from communications to focus on meaningful work-life integration. Over the past 3 years, Lisa has guided over 300 individuals, including leaders and teams in the impact sector, towards more life-centered work practices.

Is this really free?

Are you registered at Agentur für Arbeit? Then the training will be covered for you. Just get in touch and we can help you requesting the voucher. It’s easier than you think ✨

Can I also pay for the training myself?

Yes, we also accept private clients. Get in touch for pricing. 

What happens when one cohort is full?

That can happen quickly, as workimg in small groups is part of the learning experience. You’d have to wait for the next cohort to begin and will see the waiting list here 🙋🏻‍♀️

I am english speaking, can I join?

Yes! The course is open for english speakers. All materials will be available in english plus german. 

Why do you offer this?

After being in the space of educational providers for more than 3 years, we noticed that there weren’t enough courses available that addess the changing working world and how to be a facilitator for change. We see a trend to requiring more change makers and are confident that this training will prepare you for the challenges ahead.
