Free coaching- how does it work?
Fired Up is a certified educational provider.
We work with people who are registered as job-seeking or unemployed at the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. Once registered, you have the opportunity to request a voucher from your caseworker that will make the coaching with us completely free of charge for you.
We also work with Deutsche Rentenversicherung, and our services are available as part of their rehabilitation programs.
Our career coaching provides you with orientation, clarity, support, and concrete action items for your next steps
Our coaching touches on topics such as reorientation, job application training, burnout prevention, financial clarity, neurodiversity, and many more. The program will be individualized specifically for your needs and priorities.
Here is how the program is structured: If you receive a full voucher with 60 units (1 unit=45 minutes) from the agency, 32 units are dedicated to 1-1 coaching. This translates to 8 weeks of coaching, with two 90-minute sessions per week. The remaining 28 units grant access to our online learning platform, designed by a professional recruiter (our coach Heidi Korpela).
The learning platform contains videos, exercises, tips and tools on 8 main topics:
- Goal setting & potential analysis
- The job market: platforms & research tips
- LinkedIn: polishing your profile and gaining visibility
- CV Bootcamp
- Networking as a job search strategy
- The application process
- The recruitment process
- Long-term career growth
???? The program includes a free photo shoot for resume headshots.

How to apply for the career coaching voucher
To get started with our coaching, simply request an AVGS voucher. You can send this text to your caseworker via email* – in our experience, it helps if you add 2-3 personal sentences to the template:

Hiermit beantrage ich einen AVGS-Gutschein für ein Job- und Bewerbungscoaching mit dem Ziel der Aufnahme einer sozialversicherungspflichtigen Beschäftigung. Mein Anliegen im Coaching ist es, meine beruflichen Erfahrungen so zu übersetzen, dass entsprechende Arbeitgeber den Mehrwert einer Anstellung sehen können. Da die langfristige Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt für mich nach Beendigung meiner jetzigen Tätigkeit im Vordergrund steht, erscheint mir Coaching die geeignete Maßnahme, um dies zu erreichen und eine längere Arbeitslosigkeit zu vermeiden.
Ich habe mich bereits informiert und einen zu mir passenden Anbieter gefunden, der auf Job Profile wie meine spezialisiert ist. Der Bildungsträger heißt Fired Up Space und hat die Maßnahmennummer 955/38/23. Das Coaching ist 8 Wochen lang mit zwei Sitzungen pro Woche, also Teilzeit. Insgesamt wären es 60 Unterrichtseinheiten.

The goal of our founder coaching is to support you on your path as a freelancer or startup founder
In our founder coaching, the primary focus will be on you. The second main focus will be on your business idea as a freelancer or startup founder.
Our coaches guide you through the development of your business concept. We’ll help you address questions about the best legal structure, marketing, strategy, and financial planning. Additionally, we provide holistic support to prepare you for the unique challenges of being a founder.
If you want to apply for the Gründerzuschuss, our coaches will support you with the business plan. You also have the option to spend 4-5 sessions with our tax consultant to receive the “Tragfähigkeitsbescheinigung”—a document you’ll need for the Gründerzuschuss, which confirms the validity of the financial figures in your business plan.

In case your caseworker is suggesting another provider or is hesitant for some other reason, you can always reach out to us and we will support you in arguing for our services!
Choose one of our coaches for an intro call. If you cannot decide, you can book an intro call with us, who will support you in your choice.

We always need to process the original, so please send it to us as soon as you get it, you do not need to fill anything out

We reeeaaally want you to be happy with your coach and coaching. It can happen that you notice after a couple of sessions that your chosen coach might not be the right fit for you, after all. Please do not hesitate to contact us in this case. We are happy to help you find a better suiting alternative, without any bureaucratics involved.
