What to expect

Our Project Management with AI program is hands-on and practice-oriented upskilling course. Developed and led by experienced professionals, this training focuses on real-world applications for the contemporary workplace.

From traditional and hybrid approaches to agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, you’ll learn how to manage projects efficiently and adapt to any challenge during the three-month course.

The focus is on hands-on learning: You’ll work with tools like Jira, Notion, Miro, and Asana, while also gaining advanced skills in AI-powered solutions like ChatGPT and Claude.

Participants will learn how to professionally initiate, plan, execute, and continuously optimize projects. The program also covers strategies for facilitating effective collaboration in hybrid and agile teams, along with skills for designing solution-oriented communication processes.

Duration: 3 Months Full-time

Scope: comprises approximately 510 hours, including 68 training days, 7,5 hours a day

Certification: You will receive a certificate upon completion, if needed we can support in obtaining an international certification like Scrum, Prince2 or others

Format: 50 % live online sessions, 50% self-paced learning

Learning Designer

The instructional concept for this course was designed by Chloe Benning, who works in product at Parloa, one of Europe’s leading AI companies. She keeps the curriculum aligned with how top companies are actually using AI tools and project management frameworks today.

Ryan Lott

Course content

Ryan spent 11 years at Zalando as Executive Project Manager to the CPO and Team Lead PMO, and now runs ENABLIT, a consultancy guiding companies through transformational change. He designed the course content, translating real-world project management at scale into frameworks participants can apply from day one.

Seda Edibol

Career Coach

Seda spent nearly a decade as a Senior Product Manager at companies like N26 and Delivery Hero, and has taught at Product School. As a career coach, she helps participants sharpen their profile for project management and product roles in tech through 1:1 sessions.

Alex Maxwell

AI trainer

Alex works at Zapier’s AI Leaders Lab and is one of the course instructors. She combines hands-on AI implementation experience with a background in education and data science, giving participants an inside view of how AI actually gets adopted inside companies.

Balach Hussain

AI trainer

Balach brings 15+ years of product management and leadership experience at companies like ABB E-Mobility, Doodle, and Streem.ai. As one of the course instructors and an Agile Coach, he shows participants how project management and AI come together to drive better collaboration and decision-making inside teams.

Aleksandra Shulzhenko

Trainer

Sasha has 15+ years of Project Management experience across events, marketing, and tech, including 5+ years leading global teams at Wargaming, from startup-style mobile game projects to large-scale productions with 40+ people. Today she consults on Notion, AI-powered workflows, and operational systems, bringing participants a hands-on view of delivering projects and designing the workflows that hold complex teams together.

What happens when one cohort is full?
