What to expect

Our Systemic Coaching Course is a hands-on, practice-driven training that prepares you to work confidently with both individual clients and organizations. Designed and led by experienced coaches, the program focuses on applying systemic methods to real-world challenges.

Over the course of the program, you’ll explore frameworks that integrate personal development with organizational dynamics, learning to facilitate transformation at multiple levels. You’ll practice using a diverse coaching toolkit—ranging from dialogue techniques to systemic mapping—while developing the ability to adapt approaches to different contexts and client needs.

The emphasis is on practical application: you’ll engage in supervised coaching practice, peer feedback, and case-based exercises that mirror the complexity of modern workplaces.

By the end, you’ll be equipped to work ethically and inclusively, communicate your professional identity clearly, and position yourself as a credible coach ready to make a tangible impact in today’s fast-changing environment.

Shamin Hassomal

  Shamin combines a track record in global sales leadership with deep expertise in learning and development. Having led teams at Zalando and served as Sales Director at Ladenzeile, she brings a rare mix of commercial acumen and people development skills. Her career has spanned building high-performing sales organizations, designing leadership programs, and implementing strengths-based cultures at scale. Today, as a Learning and Development Consultant with Gallup, Shamin partners with clients across industries to boost business performance, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing. She designs tailored strategies that leverage human strengths, foster thriving hybrid work dynamics, and align leadership growth with organizational goals. Her perspective is shaped by navigating both commercial and HR leadership roles, scaling global programs, and coaching executives. This non-linear path—bridging financial planning, sales, and talent development—gives her unique insight into how companies can sustainably grow while empowering their people.

Anna Putilin

Anna combines over a decade of leadership in HR and organizational development with a strong focus on building cultures where people and businesses can thrive. From scaling adjust through rapid international growth as Global Director of Organisation & People Development to shaping leadership journeys at TikTok, she has consistently turned complex HR challenges into sustainable structures that empower both employees and executives.As a coach and consultant, Anna now partners with founders, leaders, and teams to design people strategies that go beyond quick fixes—anchored instead in strengths, clarity, and long-term growth. Drawing on her experience in global HR leadership, startup scaling, and facilitation, she helps organizations create environments where engagement, performance, and wellbeing reinforce each other.Her approach is informed by her own journey of navigating scale-ups, global transformations, and hybrid work dynamics. This allows her to bring both strategic foresight and hands-on pragmatism to the leaders and teams she supports.

Johanna Hallbauer

Johanna combines a strong academic background in Leadership & Coaching (M.A.), systemic design, and trauma-sensitive coaching with extensive experience across education, social enterprises, and innovation-driven organizations.

As a coach, trainer, and learning designer, she has developed and facilitated programs that translate systemic approaches into practical application, supporting both individual growth and organizational change.Her expertise in systemic and neuro-systemic coaching, leadership, and regenerative practices enriches the program’s content design and ensures a broad systemic perspective. This creates a learning environment where participants can build confidence, define their coaching identity, and apply methods responsibly in diverse contexts.

Clara Hahn 

Clara combines an unconventional entrepreneurial journey with deep expertise in coach positioning and marketing. As the founder of Fired Up, she has worked with hundreds of coaches across industries, gaining unique insight into what makes a coaching practice succeed—or stall—when it comes to visibility and client acquisition.

Drawing on her experience building Fired Up into a platform with nearly 90 team members and coaches, she supports professionals in crafting strategies that are not one-size-fits-all but authentic to their strengths and values. Her perspective is shaped by both her own non-linear career—from dance studies in Israel to startup co-founding in New York and Paris—and her lived experience of navigating career transitions.

Luca Buchholz

Luca brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of community building, digital communication, and leadership. After shaping Camunda’s global developer community as Global Community Lead, she helped scale engagement programs across continents—bridging marketing, tech, and human connection to turn users into advocates. Her earlier work in growth marketing and brand communication, for companies like Daimler, Lycka, and Purefood—refined her ability to translate complex systems and missions into messages that move people.

With a dual Master’s in Leadership in Digital Communication from the Universität der Künste Berlin and the University of St. Gallen, Luca’s work has long focused on meaning-driven leadership. Her thesis explored purpose-centered leadership in medium-sized enterprises, reflecting her interest in how authenticity and clarity can transform organizational culture.

Now trained as an Integral Business Coach (ICF, IOBC & DBVC certified), Luca combines systemic thinking with creative communication. She supports founders, leaders, and changemakers in navigating complexity—helping them foster belonging, clarity, and sustainable growth in both themselves and their teams.

Chloe Benning

Chloe brings over a decade of project management experience in dynamic educational environments, from universities to startups.

With expertise in instructional design, product management, and learning experience design, she takes a holistic approach to adult learning and educational strategy. She specializes in creating inclusive, interactive training programs that develop real-world skills and drive tangible career growth.

Committed to high-quality, evidence-based online education, Chloe leverages data and research to enhance learning outcomes. In the past three years, she has focused on the ethical integration of AI in education, preparing learners with future-ready skills

What happens when one cohort is full?
That can happen quickly, as working in small groups is part of the learning experience. You’d have to wait for the next cohort to begin and will see the waiting list here 🙋🏻‍♀️

After years of working in adult education and career development, we noticed a gap: many coaching programs focus on abstract theory, but overlook the realities of today’s complex workplaces.
