My coaching style is shaped by my sensitivity, my honest interest in people, the courage to dive deep and my own experience with life changing events.

started my multilingual journey at the age of 10, when I moved from Russia to Germany
became a big fan of team- and organizational development after leading a marketing team
learned everything about grief after a severe loss experience
was educated as intuitive archery trainer to enhance the holistic coaching approach
teach conversational language courses to help people overcome their fears in communication
