I’m a Polish expat living in Berlin. Over the last 7 years, I’ve worked as a Designer and a Design Manager in tech startups. Following my passion for people development, I have been mentoring and coaching since 2022. My specialty lies in Transformative Coaching, an integrative discipline focused on deepening one’s self-discovery using tools borrowed from psychology and psychotherapy.

Background:

I have worked as a Product Designer & Design Manager in tech startups for the last 7 years.
I am a serial career changer. After spending 6 years learning to become a Monument Preservation Officer, I switched career paths to Digital Product Design. Subsequently, I transitioned into full-time coaching as a freelancer.
I have been a remote working parent since 2020. Family time is non-negotiable for me, so despite our busy work schedules, we make time for at least 2 trips each year.
