Hi, my name is Audrey Lintz (she/her), I am a cisgender woman, french and mom-entrepreneur with 2 kids who has lived in Berlin since 2013.

Professional coach and certified hypnotherapist, I help people to dare to be themselves, to escape from injunctions and domination in order to fully live the life they want in our current society. I help individuals and professionals (freelancers & entrepreneurs) to free themselves from their obstacles, to emancipate themselves and assert themselves to find their place and build a fairer world

Feminist, creative, determined and enthusiastic person, with a 12-year background in marketing & communication, I have been providing professional support since the end of 2018 in my international holistic practice in brief therapy in Berlin.

From my personal and professional experience I have developed three specialities:

support for careers (reconversion, job change,..)
business coaching for entrepreneurs & freelancers, particularly in well-being and creative industry
perinatal support and parenthood coaching

In my coaching sessions, you will find my creativity through the different tools that I use, a safe place where you can express all your emotions and above all you will learn more about yourself. Who you are, what is really important for you and what you need to reach your own goals.

+ 12 years of experience as a marketing & communication consultant and project manager in different international web agencies and e-commerce business (fashion, telecommunication, design, tech…)
Furthered my education : doing a training to be prepared for the exam of” Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie “
