I have changed countries and careers (several times), went from a staff job to freelance, became a founder and juggled a demanding job with motherhood. I know that transformation can be a heavy and confusing process, and I also know that it brings rewards of new joy, courage and fulfilment on the other side.

To support you in this, I hold a safe, empathetic space into which you can bring your whole self, and I use my clear systemic thinking and tools to help you discover fresh perspectives and uncover insights. I am also a certified conflict mediator and a former journalist, so I can help you navigate your challenges in expressing yourself as you develop your pitches and communication strategies.

Background:

I have been a journalist for 20 years and reported from more than 20 countries.
I directed a documentary about people who were at the centre of the Chornobyl disaster. This taught me a lot about how people make meaning in their lives.
I co-founded a non-profit newsroom in Berlin because I saw how the topic of migration was reported too negatively. I successfully fundraised, developed partners and persuaded great people to join my team.
I have been a meditator for 10 years now, I am a certified mindfulness teacher and a student of Zen Buddhism. Insights from this practice help me in my work.
I have to spend at least a week a year exploring an entirely new place and my goal is to do this more every year. And I also want to write a book about new ways of resolving conflicts.
