My name is Zsofi and I am a Career Change & Mental Health Coach. I am so glad you have landed here – maybe it is meant to be!

My approach is combining both systemic coaching methods and deep self-reflection. It first focuses on inner clarity – reflecting, exploring your resources, deeper needs, realigning with your values, and shaping a vision for the future through inspiration, self-awareness, and creative methods. Then experimenting, prototyping, and activating inner and outer resources, ultimately leading to going into action, and walking the path toward an authentic and fulfilling career.

• Spent 10+ years in my “first” pre-coaching professional life as a consultant and project manager in a dynamic agency and media environment
• Navigated multiple career changes myself, which inspired me to help people like you answer essential questions about their careers and uncover their authentic professional identities
• Supported 100+ clients from 15+ countries in 1,500+ 1:1 coaching hours over the past 4 years, helping them find clarity and purpose
• I am one of the first Fired Up Coaches, working as part of this great team since early 2022
• As a Certified NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering (NESC®) Coach, I like to incorporate body-based coaching methods as well that go beyond “mindset-only” to create real change by addressing your entire state of being – especially important if you have been experiencing mental health challenges, significant stress in your career, and would like to avoid burnout (again)
• Currently advancing my knowledge and skills through an advanced Career Coaching training program at artop – Institut an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, specializing in personal and professional identity development for career change, with science-based approach and methods, designed to help access deeper levels of insight, clarity, and direction
