My name is Zsofi and I am a Coach for Career Reorientation, specialising in working with sensitive people who would like to create a career that reflects who they really are – not who they had to be.

Together, we can explore essential questions like:

• What feels right for me?
• What are my natural gifts and talents?
• What do I genuinely want?

inspiration and creative methods. Then experimenting, prototyping, ultimately leading to going into action, and finding the job that aligns with who you really are.

• I am one of the first Fired Up Coaches, working as part of this great team since early 2022
• Supported 150+ clients from 15+ countries in 2,000+ 1:1 coaching hours over the past 4+ years, helping them find clarity and direction
• My work is grounded in the science-based approach of the Advanced Career Coaching training at artop – Institute at Humboldt University in Berlin. It focuses on personal and professional identity development and offers methods and tools that support deeper insight,
  clarity, and orientation.
• As a Certified NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering (NESC®) Coach, I also work on the emotional and body-based level. Especially important if you have been dealing with ongoing stress, burnout, or mental health challenges. We can incorporate this holistic approach to
  help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more inner stability, resilience, clarity and alignment – feeling at home in yourself.
