Hello, I’m Olia, and I support multitasking individuals who want to create a sustainable life and navigate career transitions. I help my clients slow down, reconnect with their inner wisdom, gain clarity, and take intentional steps forward. My approach blends creativity, strategy, and embodiment to help you focus on what truly matters—and turn it into action.

My journey began after rebuilding everything from scratch in a foreign country. I know what it’s like to face moments of uncertainty and to rediscover yourself over and over again, transforming insecurities into a superpower.
