Hi, I am Anna. As a systemic strengths coach, I work holistically and solution-focused, always honoring the unique context you bring.

I know how powerful it is to explore who you are and what truly matters to you. One of my teachers called coaching “dreaming on steroids” — and I’d add: it’s also about gaining the confidence and clarity to step into the unknown, where real growth happens and to do it without burning out.

My clients often tell me that my warm presence and powerful questions create a space where they are guided from uncertainty to a path that feels aligned and actionable. With me you’ll experience coaching as a playful yet powerful process. We will build on your strengths, and learn to navigate inner obstacles like self-doubt or mental noise — not just now, but for whatever changes come your way in the future.
