Hi, I’m Martina. As a coach and leadership mentor, I am here to guide you on your journey toward achieving your desired future. When we work together, we will focus entirely on your needs and goals. I will ask you questions and give you exercises to help you define clear action steps so you can take control of your life.

I spent over a decade in HR leadership roles, working with startups, tech companies, and corporations. At some point, I realized that the conversations I valued most weren’t about processes or policies. They were the ones where someone sat across from me and said, “I’m stuck, and I don’t know what to do next.”

That’s when I became a systemic coach.

Today, I work with leaders and professionals who want more clarity in how they lead, make decisions, and present themselves at work. I also support people during times of change as they figure out where to go in their careers and lives and how to take the necessary steps.

My approach stays the same, whether it’s a coaching session, a workshop, or a strategy conversation: honest questions, real presence, and a belief that people already carry more answers than they think.
