Hi, I’m Sabine. I am a passionate systemic coach and creative consultant, with over 20 years of experience as a digital Creative Director and being self-employed for more than 15 years. I have collaborated with a wide range of digital companies and creative teams, actively contributing to digital transformation from its early stages.

In our sessions, you have the opportunity to explore your professional competencies and develop a strategic plan for your career advancement. Let’s find answers together that are crucial to you, like what really drives you. Or what are your strengths and potentials? And how you can turn your passion into a fulfilling career.

With visualisations on a digital whiteboard you can reflect on your personality, break entrenched thought patterns and give yourself new impulses to open up space for yourself. And by using targeted creative methods, I support you in finding your individual path – a path that not only suits you, but also gives you energy and joy.

At the same time, I will support you in finding solutions to combine work and parenthood. As a parent myself I had to overcome challenges in a fast pace work environment and I was very close to a full burnout.
