Coaching with me:

It took me years to ~~find~~ grow into a career which felt like home. The decisive shift happened when – to quote Friedrich Nietzsche – I started becoming the person I am.

You value authenticity and want your career to reflect your truth? Then we might be a great match! I specialise in working with clients going through big transitions and searching for deeper meaning. My coaching is grounded in empathy and offers a safe space for self-exploration (with heart and head!). Some of the methods I work with include mindful self-compassion, positive intelligence, storytelling, and transactional analysis. I also work with tried and tested career coaching tools!

Background:

I’m a qualified systemic coach accredited by the German Coaching Federation. I did further training in anti-burnout and career coaching.
Before my big life and career transition, I completed a PhD in Intellectual History at Oxford University (where I always felt like an academic misfit!).
I moved from London to Berlin in 2016, so I know the challenges foreigners face in Germany.
I’m an advocate of mental health awareness and myself immensely benefitted from two years of therapy.
