Job Coach

“I help people design the life they want.”

Coaching with me:

Hi, I’m Irini, and as a coach, I help people design the life they want.

I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change – especially job seekers, career shifters, and professionals who want their work to feel meaningful again.

My coaching brings together intention-setting and practical clarity. We explore what’s holding you back, uncover the deeper intention behind your next step, and create a direction that feels authentic and true to you.

A core element of my work is Introvision, a method that helps deactivate the “inner alarm system” that triggers stress, overthinking, and avoidance. When this inner alarm quiets down, you regain calmness, agency, and the freedom to act without old patterns shaping your choices.

I also care deeply about supporting women. Many of us have been subtly trained to shrink ourselves, to be competent but not “too much,” capable but still pleasing, talented but quiet. I work with women who are ready to step out of these learned limitations and reclaim confidence, visibility, and a stronger sense of self in their professional lives.

Together, we integrate your strengths, refine your professional story, and support the transition into the next version of yourself, whether that’s a new job, a career shift, or a complete reinvention.
