Hi, I’m Adele — a certified systemic coach, business trainer, and mediator with over a decade of experience in HR and talent acquisition. I’ve worked at the intersection of creativity and tech, supporting global brands like Netflix, Nike, Coca-Cola, TikTok, and more in building bold teams and human-centered strategies.

But beyond the big names, I’m passionate about something more personal: helping individuals like you cut through the noise, reconnect with your own voice, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Originally from Italy, I’ve called Berlin home for over ten years. I bring a multicultural lens to everything I do and offer coaching in English, German, and Italian.
