I’m Balach, a somatic and systemic coach, with years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience.

In our work together we start with your vision, (re)discovering your unique strengths and qualities, activating support structures, and taking the steps toward your goals in a holistic and integrative manner.

I use a combination of systemic and somatic work, visualization exercises, and everything I have learnt on my personal transformation path. In the last 5 years, I have helped clients start and transform companies, change careers, recover from and avoid burnout.

As a coach, I recognize that you are in charge of your life, and my job is to facilitate. You set the goals and the pace. Together we make sure that ambition meets emotional intelligence and urgency meets creative action.
