There are moments in life where you seem to find no answer to the questions within yourself. In such situations, I have experienced how transformative it can be to receive new and different questions from someone else. Not only questioning your mind but also your body and your inner voice.
In a systemic and solution-oriented sense, I accompany you to expand your perspective and (re)discover your inner resources. These ever-present forces are sometimes so heavily obscured by familiar thought patterns that they require different methods and questions to be recalled and made available again.
Great knots and seemingly unbridgeable hurdles often disappear with astonishing ease. The glow that then arises within you is my greatest motivation.

I founded and ran my own Interior Architecture Company for 10+ years
I have engaged a lot with the topics of death and grief
I have deep love for meditation and have also completed a program in Breathing Therapy, focusing on the interconnectedness of breathwork with physical and emotional well-being
I am a human design analyst
I became a mom which has become an integral part of my perspective on life, constantly shaping it
