After my corporate career, I took the leap into entrepreneurship myself. I know what new beginnings feel like — inspiring, but also challenging. This experience shapes my approach: transformation succeeds when clear strategy and inner stability come together.

As a former leader, I support you in career coaching to make conscious career decisions, develop further in your role, or shape new perspectives. Together, we work on topics such as self-leadership, communication, positioning, and applications — all to bring you into clarity and self-confidence.

In founder coaching, I accompany people who want to start their own business. As a start-up founder and strategist, I provide practical knowledge on business plans, financing, funding opportunities (including start-up grants), and marketing. I combine this with the mental aspects that are essential in this phase: self-confidence, focus, and dealing with uncertainty.

I work with clear, well-founded methods and frameworks that genuinely move you forward — paired with a high level of empathy to ensure the process remains not only effective but also deeply human. My goal is for you to make decisions that feel both strategically smart and internally aligned, enabling you to walk your path with strength and ease.
