My approach helps you connect with, focus on and do what’s meaningful to you. That means:
– Connecting with ourselves means learning the language of our inner world. We will deeply explore who you are and what you do: what is truly important to you, where you gain and lose energy, and what patterns keep you stuck. This will bring clarity to your path.
– Change starts with a choice. We will identify where to make powerful choices and how to take charge of your life. You will feel stronger and regain energy through focusing on things that serve
you.
– Doing things differently can feel overwhelming. We will challenge and stretch your comfort zone in coaching. Through small actions, you’ll progress in a healthy pace and shift from feeling stuck to feeling alive, clear, and genuinely on your own path.

I’m a certified Co-Active Coach (PCC level, ICF) with experience in consulting corporates and startups. Since 2020 I am coaching full-time to help others redesign their careers from the inside out, with intention, courage, and joy.

My coaching is warm but focused, and deep yet practical. We’ll work with your head, heart, and body. That enables us to get to answers on what’s next, but also on how to get there by breaking free
from patterns that are holding you back. The path you choose should not only make sense, it should feel right and attainable too.

Background:

I worked as a Brand Consultant and Marketing Manager in corporates and start-ups for
more than a decade and lived/worked across the EU and US (Barcelona, New York, Berlin
and Amsterdam).
I personally experienced that it’s easy to get stuck and disconnected from yourself if you’re
following an idea of success that isn’t yours.
I believe big life experiences can become gifts of transformation. When I was diagnosed
with the Breast Cancer gene (BRCA), my life stopped for a moment. Confronted with fear
and loss, my life became richer and I became wiser. That experience is part of why I believe
real change starts from within.
I am passionate about deep connections and experiences that stretch and transform you; from Vipassana to Burning Man.
