Coaching with me:

I started coaching after working with corporates and in a startup for almost a decade. I personally experienced that it’s easy to get stuck and disconnected from yourself if you’re following an idea of success that isn’t yours.

Everyone is different. That means that the definition of success and the journey to get there is also different. Our Being and Doing are interrelated. This idea is core to Purposeful Growth Coaching.

In our sessions I will help you explore and clarify your picture of success, identify the potential blockers or limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and help you overcome them to achieve success in line with your purpose.

This will help you get clear on what you want as a next step in your career. It will also help you see which steps to take in how to get there. And I’ll help you make those steps manageable, by breaking them down into small actions. This will boost confidence and joy on the path to your next job.

My coaching can be described as pragmatic but deep, resolute but warm, and grounded but with attention for our full being – head, heart and body. I’m certified and accredited by the ICF.

Background:

• Worked as an international Brand and Marketing Consultant and lived in Barcelona, Amsterdam, NYC and currently Berlin.
• Cancer previvor (BRCA1) and advocate for body positivity and inclusion.
• Joined the founding team of a purposeful hotel concept and turned empty churches into places of wonderment and connection for locals and people from far away.
• Took a sabbatical to travel and reflect on my personal purpose, then redesigned my career to focus on positive impact on people and planet. Currently I’m helping people and organisations to grow from purpose.
• Passionate about deep connections and experiences; from Vipassana to Burning Man.
