I am a very creative, intuitive and spiritual person. I can hold space like no other and you will feel safe and seen when with me. I go deep and it’s my mission to support people in their transformation process on a holistic level. I love to flow with life and to balance the yin and yang inside of me and I am happy to share everything I’ve learned so far.

Background:

started acting as a kid and became a professional actress in Berlin
found out that I experienced some trauma as a kid which led to me becoming a systemic, somatic, embodiment/nervous system coach
learning about the nervoussystem was the biggest game changer for me
on a healing journey since 2014 and I love it
