Hi, I’m Natalya.

I work with professionals who have started questioning themselves and need someone to be honest with them about what’s actually true: is it a confidence problem, a skills problem, or simply the wrong direction?
My coaching is practical and structured. We focus on the real situation and work from there. I believe opportunities are almost always present, just not always visible from where you’re standing right now.
My background is in marketing, learning, and management in IT, which means I bring something most coaches don’t: I know how to build a plan and see it through. In our sessions, we map using visualisation tools; we get your values, priorities, and constraints out of your head and onto a board you can actually work with. What do I want next? What matters in a job? How does it fit around my life right now? These become a visual you can point at.

What I’m known for is the mindset shift I bring to the work and a kind of transparency. Clients tell me they feel understood, and more importantly, they start thinking differently and taking real steps. If a direction doesn’t hold up under scrutiny, I’ll say so with care, but clearly. Most clients arrive with a confidence problem that sounds like “I’m not enough.” They leave knowing what they’re actually going for and why.
