Ciao, I’m Isa. I help purpose-driven people start and grow careers or businesses that align with their values, without the burnout or guesswork.

I’ve supported 100+ mission-led founders and career shifters across Europe. Some wanted to move into sustainability. Others were building impact ventures from scratch. Most were just stuck – unsure what to focus on or how to move forward.

With a generalist background in business and social impact (plus firsthand experience with things like the Gründungszuschuss), I bring structure, clarity, and calm to your next big move.

My approach is simple. We start small. We test, explore, and learn through focused experiments so you can move forward without the pressure to have it all figured out.
