Coaching with me:

Through several experiences in my environment and by myself i know, how dissatisfaction and disorientation at work affects well-being, self-confidence and personal life. With this experiences I will support you in your journey, giving you a safe space.

As an empathetic person, I always have a good sense of what my client needs at the moment. My role in our coachings can be diverse, depending on what you need:

A coach for asking the right questions, helping you to get a deeper self-awareness and new perspectives.
A mentor, giving you structure and orientation for your job search or founding, empowering you to achieve your goals.
A consultant, telling you about my experience and what I learned from it.
A mirror, challenging yourself in your words and actions.
A new friend, listening to you in your downs, celebrating you in your ups or just asking you „how are you doing?“

Background:

+6 years work experience in innovation consulting business, freelance work as a job coach and development & change manager
Did a training for systemic coaching in 2022
Studied design and creative direction
Working as a lecturer since 2020, I support master students by exploring their own values, strength, interests and beliefs and empower them to create a purposeful vision after university
Founded a small lifestyle label with 2 of my friends
Through continuous reflection and listening to my inner compass I found my purpose, created a vision and build step by step my „perfect job fit“
Always curious to learn new things and to get to know new people
