Hi, I’m Shamin — a Coach, Corporate Leader, HR Consultant, Business Owner, Chemist, and Lawyer. For years, I defined success through the lens of my career. It brought me financial achievements and professional recognition, but it also came at a cost: burnout and depression. I realized true success had to feel different – aligned, sustainable and holistic.

When I shifted to building success through the lens of my wellbeing, everything changed. I uncovered what I’d been neglecting — key elements that are essential for thriving, not just surviving on auto-pilot. I believe everything you need to thrive is already within you. As your coach, I’ll be your guide and co-pilot, helping you uncover your innate strengths and step into your unique zone of genius. Using all your centres of intelligence — IQ, EQ, and body wisdom — I’ll guide you towards clarity and direction across every area of your life: career, social connections, financial health, community, and physical wellbeing.

But this isn’t just about creating vision boards or setting vague goals. True clarity comes through action. That’s why we’ll co-create a personalized playbook of strengths-based strategies to help you take meaningful, aligned steps toward your goals. I know it sounds simple — and it is. In working together you’ll be able to rely on my 15+ years of senior leadership experience in HR, eCommerce Tech, and Management Consulting, as well as my personal journey of recovering from burnout, successfully pivoting careers (more than once!), and founding my own company, CoachToPerform. Our work will be deep and raw, but also, practical and action-oriented — with you in the driver’s seat, creating a version of success that’s uniquely yours.
