Looking for your next job can feel especially overwhelming when the answer to “What do I actually want next?” isn’t obvious. Maybe you have several possible directions, a career that doesn’t fit neatly into one box, or simply know that you don’t want to repeat what you were doing before.
That’s where we can start.

As a certified systemic coach (QRC) and mediator, I combine career orientation with practical job-search support. Together, we’ll get clear on what you want, identify the strengths and experience you bring, explore realistic career directions, and translate that clarity into concrete action.

Depending on where you are, this can mean developing your job-search strategy, sharpening how you position yourself, working through doubts or limiting beliefs, preparing for interviews, or actually practising challenging interview situations together so you can communicate your value with confidence.

My own career has never followed a straight line. Over 15+ years, I’ve worked across communications, marketing, business development, community building and entrepreneurship, while navigating an international career and several major transitions myself. That’s why I particularly enjoy working with curious, driven people with multiple interests, international or unconventional backgrounds, and careers that don’t follow an obvious path.

My coaching is systemic, which means we won’t look only at your CV or your next application. We’ll look at the bigger picture: what motivates you, what matters to you, what may be holding you back, and what kind of work and life you actually want to build. And then we turn those insights into practical next steps.
There is room for the deeper questions too: identity, purpose, intuition, and meaning. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formulated goal. You can bring the messy pile of experience, ideas and questions. Together, we’ll find the thread and turn it into a way forward.
