Sometimes the market is difficult, the job has changed, or your priorities are different now. Several things can also be true at once.

Together, we untangle the situation, separate facts from fears and old assumptions, and look realistically at your options and at the experience and strengths you already have. My style is encouraging but grounded: we take difficult circumstances seriously, but give just as much weight to what is already working, what you can build on, and where you still have room to act.
