Hi, I’m Anna.‎ I started my career in design, spent several years in leadership at a fast-‎growing scale-up, responsible for teams, processes & change and eventually ‎
founded my own business. That journey gave me a real understanding of what ‎it feels like to navigate uncertainty and complexity, make hard calls and ‎build something from scratch. ‎

What I bring to the table: I’m not only a coach, I’m also a strategist. I ‎combine empathy and visionary thinking with structure and clear-headed ‎analysis. That means we don’t just explore. We build. We figure out what ‎you actually want and create a concrete plan that fits your life and your ‎
ambitions.‎

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the tennis court or running through the ‎woods. I have a soft spot for good books, fresh flowers and a really good ‎specialty coffee from the local roastery. When I’m not at home, I’m ‎somewhere out in the world (preferably in Copenhagen), exploring new ‎
cultures and, above all, whatever the local food scene has to offer.‎
