My name is Evi, and as a systemic coach, I support you in finding your own path within the creative and tech industry. I help you look inward, identify your strengths, and develop clarity and
confidence in making career decisions.

With over 16 years of experience as a freelance UX/UI designer, I’ve worked inside a wide range of agencies and companies, led international teams, and now teach and mentor in the field of UX/UI design. I bring this experience into my coaching—practical, reflective, and on eye level.

Background:

I’ve been working as a freelance UX/UI designer for over 16 years and, for the past three years, also as a systemic coach, mentor, and tutor within the tech and creative industries. It’s deeply fulfilling for me to share my knowledge and experience and to support others in strengthening their growth in a sustainable way.
In my work, I support designers, leaders, and organizations in creating human-centered solutions, reflecting on their roles and ways of thinking, and growing professionally.
New Work isn’t a buzzword to me—I’ve been working fully remote for over eight years and live with my family on Fuerteventura. Besides my work and my family, you’ll usually find me out on the water surfing or involved in animal welfare, where I train dogs and support them on their way to a new home.
