I am a career coach, strategy consultant, Pilates instructor, business owner, and founder of Healed Coaching. With 14 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and a background in recruitment and HR, I specialize in helping women break through emotional blockages, elevate their professional and personal lives, and confidently take the next steps in their careers.

Why am I so passionate about this? I found myself at a crossroads. Despite having a fulfilling career on paper, I felt lost and stuck, as though something vital was missing. My values were no longer aligned with who I truly was, and this disconnection left me questioning my path. This realization led me on a transformative journey of self-discovery—one that helped me reconnect with my core values and uncover what truly mattered. Along the way, I discovered the profound impact of integrating wellness and career growth, and it became my mission to help others align their lives and careers with their authentic selves.

Through Healed Coaching, I guide individuals in leadership and career transitions, help leaders support their teams, and enable HR to foster inclusive and mindful workplaces.
