With 14 years of experience in sales and Fortune 500 companies, as well as a strong background in recruitment, HR, leadership, and capability-building consulting, I specialize in helping individuals break through emotional blockages, elevate their professional and personal lives, confidently navigate career transitions, and build purpose-driven businesses aligned with their strengths and values.

Why am I so passionate about this? I found myself at a crossroads. Despite having a fulfilling career on paper, I felt lost and stuck, as though something vital was missing. My values were no longer aligned with who I truly was, and this disconnection left me questioning my path. This realization led me on a transformative journey of self-discovery—one that helped me reconnect with my core values and uncover what truly mattered. Along the way, I discovered the profound impact of integrating wellness, career growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship, and it became my mission to help others align their lives, careers, and business ideas with their authentic selves.

Through Coreva Advisory, I guide individuals in leadership and career transitions, support aspiring founders in developing sustainable and meaningful business ideas, help leaders support their teams, and enable HR to foster inclusive and mindful workplaces.
