Background:

I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey right after earning my degrees, training leaders in tech on how to leverage LinkedIn for their purposes. During this time, I faced my first significant challenge: Feeling stressed out and lacking drive as I struggled to bridge the gap between happiness and success.
This chapter led me to explore coaching, emotional therapy, and mindfulness. These practices helped me rediscover my path to happiness, fulfillment, and success in life.
Today, I am a trained systemic coach with a holistic approach that combines mindfulness and embodiment work. As a mindfulness teacher and an MBSR trainer in training, I help people reduce their stress and work on burnout prevention, guiding them toward a balanced and fulfilling life.
